"Apostille", translation bureau

The Translation Bureau “Apostille” has provided a public translation service since 1998.

The Director of the Bureau, Natalia Fomina, half-Italian by birth and brought up in Italy, is also President of the regional association “Business and Cultural Centre: Russia-Italia” and is Senior Director of the recruiting, consultancy and teaching body “Pleades”. 

We provide written translations as well as interpretation services to both corporate and individual clients. 

Our team consists of a variety of carefully selected interpreters, secretaries and a range of specialists who all possess a high level of fluency in foreign languages and whose skills are employed for either full or part-time work, as and when required.  Unlike other translation bureaus, “Apostil” prides itself on having its own department solely dedicated to written translation and editing.  Therefore this ensures both the efficiency and quality of our work in response to our clients needs regardless of the quantity of work required.  Our Bureau collaborates with over two hundred different translators who work in around 45 languages from all over the world. 

Every translator is a qualified specialist and has previous experience working in a number of foreign languages.  In the event of the need for a specialized translator, editor or expert in a particular field, we have links with native speakers from England, Italy, USA, Germany and several other countries, whose services are easily at our disposal.  As a rule, our Russian translators are native speakers who are skilled to understand and translate competently from foreign languages into their own mother tongue.  However, from time to time, we also call upon a range of foreign specialists to assist our translators with the translation of any specialized terminology and vocabulary.  Foreign native speakers are involved not only in our translation department but also form an integral part of our teaching staff in “Pleades”.

How We Work

·         We translate a wide variety of texts including legal documentation, faxes and e-mails. 

·         Notary bodies assist “Apostille” with the translation of various documents to ensure that they fall within the guidelines of the respective legal or governing institutions.  We work on demand to provide immediate results.  Our clients simply need to provide us with the relevant text or document to be translated and legally formalized by our office.  With this information we are able to provide a translation that may be considered official and legally binding.

·         We always complete our work in good time.  The deadline will be decided and agreed upon when the order is placed and will be strictly complied with from this point on. 

·         We are able to translate documents on any subject matter even when required in a very short space of time.  This is possible with the aid of the efficient computer facilities available in the Bureau and our system of dividing our clients’ requests among several translators with the final editing stage overseen by an expert.

·         Furthermore, we offer a reduced rather for long-term clients and for those clients who require us to translate very lengthy pieces of work. 

·         We offer an express courier service (with a minimum of 20 pages) including free delivery.

·         We offer a competitive and affordable rate for our services whether we work with these languages on a daily basis locally here in Krasnodar or whether they require more specialized external knowledge. 

·         All documents, such as administrative papers which we receive from our clients, are duly returned together with the documents in translation.  Documents which we receive via e-mail will be immediately and automatically protected from any external sources which may be considered potentially harmful.  Access to documents will be strictly monitored and only those few in the office who are working on the said documents will be permitted access to them.  At the client’s request, the information may be removed from our system as soon as the work has been completed and has been delivered to the respective client. We guarantee our clients complete confidentiality.
